Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited at jiliif's sole discretion.
jiliif is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws in the Philippines. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time jiliif deems necessary.
jiliif is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide accurate registration information. Any account found to contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information may be immediately terminated without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jiliif account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) associated with your account.
jiliif will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified jiliif of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
jiliif strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. This can be done through the Security section of your account settings and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
jiliif accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

For any disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jiliif's decisions on all gaming matters — including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status — are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
